2026 Annual Stars & Stripes Classic

The Southern Tier Approved Boards of Basketball Officials Association is proud to announce the 2026 Annual Stars & Stripes Classic, coming to Johnson City Middle School on March 23rd and 24th, 2026. Games begin at 5:30 & 7:00 PM on both nights.
This annual all-star basketball event showcases the very best high school talent from across the Southern Tier while supporting the Carl Gaffney Scholarship Fund, which has raised more than $31,000 for local student-athletes since 1986.
Over 200 college coaches from NCAA Division I, II, III, and junior colleges have attended past tournaments to recruit Southern Tier athletes.
Local businesses and community partners are invited to support this outstanding fundraising event. Sponsorship donations are due by March 13th, 2026, payable to STBO Stars & Stripes Classic.
