The News Tribune says a Tacoma, Washington woman was recently injured by one of the red concrete balls that sit outside of Target stores. A 33 year-old driver crashed into the ball before it rolled into a crowd and hit the woman. She suffered a broken hip and a concussion. The driver was charged with vehicular assault, reckless endangerment and driving with a suspended license. Eyewitnesses say the driver was speeding through the parking lot.
